Figurera - De Reparera review

On figurera's last release he undertook the task of creating a more experimental brand of electronic music that had as muchh in common with mego or touch as it did with more idm-friendly sounds. but on De Reparera, figurera has taken on more of a a darker almost introspective tone focusing at time on deep percussive movements (eleqhn) and others on delicate melodic movements (inikar & persona), and even one piano concerto mixed with weird samples & effects (lael). The overall effect that figurera's de reparera ep conveyed was one of subtle semetimes even unsettling motions built around dark melodies reminscent of past releases by Irdial's Anthony nning or maybe even some of Freeforms less percussive pieces. A very mature sound for such a new artist. Check it out to see if it's for you.
